Public Comment for Planning Commission Meeting.
Public Comment submissions are intended for specific City Council or Planning Commission meetings. Comments preferably are directly related to agenda items. Meeting agenda packets are available on the Agendas and Minutes page. Comments may be read at the meeting either by the submitter or by City staff. All submissions must be received by 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Pursuant to ORS 192.420, a submission is considered a public record; disclosure may be required upon request.
Public comments can also be submitted by email to publiccomment@coosbayor.gov or brought to the City Manager's Office at Coos Bay City Hall, 500 Central Avenue, during regular business hours.
Submit a Citizen Concern form to report a concern about a property or a public space, such as a damaged street/sidewalk, pothole, overgrown brush or vegetation, or storm sewer issues.
