STEP Increases

Receive a Step Increase after 6-month probationary period reached and every 12 months thereafter (until top step reached)

COLA

Cost-of-living increase between 1-3% each July

  • Months 181 -299            15.00 hours/month (180 hours/year)
  • Months 300 or more      16.67 hours/month (200 hours/year)

Sick Leave

 8 hours per month; 96 hours per year
