The Engineering Division provides services for the City's public improvement projects and reviews private permits.

Engineering's projects are primarily related to wastewater and stormwater infrastructure. The division also provides engineering review of plans for sanitary sewer, stormwater, and improvements within or that impact public right-of-way.

Engineering services includes the Geographic Information System (GIS) Services. GIS Services is responsible for the development and maintenance of all enterprise GIS data utilized by the City. Specific responsibilities include map production, geospatial analysis, GPS data collection & processing, software/hardware configuration and web mapping application design.
